SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Country Crew Collections, we understand how important it is to receive your products in a timely manner. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. We ship in 1-3 business days unless on pre order.  We also take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Pre ordered stock is given an approximate arrival date, this may change to shipping delays. By purchasing pre-order items, you are agreeing to Country Crew Collections terms. 

EXPRESS POST OPTION IS AVAILABLE (charges are indicated at the checkout)

Delivery is subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. Orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel standard service unless Express Post has been selected at the checkout.

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding National and QLD public holidays. Please note that it may take approximately 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

  • Standard Domestic Delivery Fee $13.00 incl. GST (FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $150.00*)

  • PARCEL TRACKING

  • A despatch confirmation email is sent when your order is packed. At the time of despatch an order update email will advise you that the tracking number has been added to your order. As your parcel is processed through Australia Post you will be emailed tracking links via the Australia Post tracking system please use the link http://auspost.com.au/track

  • Our shipping method is “signature required”. If you would like the courier to be given “Authority To Leave” the parcel at your address please message us or add a note to your order or make this change when your tracking email is sent to you from Australia Post. Monitor the tracking advice to know when to expect your delivery.

  • Initial delivery times are estimates and dependent on our third-party suppliers, Australia Post. They are updated during transit and can be monitored through the tracking link emailed to you at the time of despatch. Factors outside of our control include but are not limited to weather and unforeseeable circumstances - may cause delays to expected delivery times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Country Crew Collections you are welcome to return purchased goods if you have ordered the wrong size or want to swap the goods for another product, must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with receipt, to return items for exchange or store credit.

With a change of mind or incorrect sizing, customers are able to return their items to Country Crew at their own expense and will be issued with their choice of exchange or on line store credit voucher to the value of the original purchase price less the postage cost.

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN OUT FOR EXCHANGES/RETURNS. ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE ISSUED WITH AN ON LINE STORE CREDIT.

Faulty Goods – 

If you receive goods which have a manufacturers fault, please take a photo of the fault and email countrycrew1@outlook.com and we will forward the fault to the supplier. Most cases you will receive a replacement item free of charge or if these items are out of stock, we will issue you with a store credit.

Things to Note - 

  • When returning an item, we remind you that as-sold condition requires the garment has not been worn or washed, does not have any marks from make-up, dirt ect, all labels are still attached and that the garment is cared for when posted.

  • All postage costs are to be covered by you – we ask that you return items to Country Crew Collections in a tracked sachet with an extra tracked sachet in with the package for us send the swapped items back to you.

  • If the size you wish to exchange your product for isn't available on the online store, just email or message us and we will let you know if we are able to re order the items back in.

  • Sale Stock Terms & Conditions - Non-refundable, non-exchangeable, no holds.

  • Jewellery & Accessories - Are not refundable or exchangeable
